My family and I were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We truly appreciated the comfortable accommodations and overall service. A small piece of feedback regarding the family room: it was a bit smaller than expected, and we had to split into two separate rooms to accommodate everyone. It would be great if a larger family room option could be considered in the future. That said, we still had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again on our next visit to Nagoya!

The hotel is located just 5 minutes from the main train station. Many restaurants, bars and shops around. The room was small (but comfortable enough for two travellers), but had a feeling is a little outdated and should be refreshed. What's good: - good location, - utility room, - friendly staff, - little outdated, but was ok for 3 nights.

Lovely little hotel, friendly staff with everything that you need for a short stay. Great location, close to the station and a shopping mall with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was so kind and helpful. They gave us water and stickers and even called a taxi for us. They were the best staff I had my whole stay in Japan.

Quiet nice hotel to stay for 2 nights in Nagoya. Room was small but comfortable, staffs were very polite and English communication was not a problem at all. Overall, really a good travel experience

It's location is near to everything you need. Kombini, train station and restaurants. I like that they provide pajamas instead of robes.
